Aquarium Catastrophe Policy
While aquarium catastrophes are incredibly rare, they can happen. These are caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as an extended power outage, a main pump burning out or becoming plugged, a tank cracks or separates, etc. If one of these problems occurs, we will do our best to get your tank up and running again as quickly and inexpensively as possible. We will replace all of your lost livestock at the lowest price we can find and we’ll waive all of our normal markups. We will also waive all labor charges associated with the repair of your tank and delivery of your new fish.
Free- Loaner Policy
Please note that this service is provided only to our regular service clients. If you are a regular service client of ours, and any piece of critical life support aquarium equipment on your aquarium fails and can be repaired, we will provide you with an adequate loaner replacement which you can use until your equipment can be repaired and re-installed. Critical equipment is defined as any mechanical or electronic device that is necessary to preserve the health and safety of the livestock in an aquarium. Exception to this policy are the aquarium itself, lighting for fish only aquariums, effect aeration, or any piece of equipment that will not immediately affect the health of the aquarium environment if it is disconnected.
